Hello to all ,
i've update the dxcluster part, tnx to Valentin YO6DDF for the bug report.
It an important bug because it was concerned the country name witch is calcul from DX Callsign.
The system use CLUB LOG API everyday to update DXCLUSTER exception (PREFIX/CALLSIGN).
